"Wer eintauchen möchte in das Reich der Phantasie, träumen möchte von hellen und guten Mächten, von Abenteuern, Gefahren und Gefühlen, der muss sich nur an Eva Wal wenden und sie bitten, eine Geschichte zu schreiben, die all dies und noch viel mehr beinhaltet. Das Festival „Käpt’n Book“ hat sich nun sogar eine „Oper“ bestellt – freilich ohne Stars und große Bühne, dafür mit „Planetenmaschine“ und einer räumlichen Musikkomposition von Barry L. Roshto. Das Ergebnis ist so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben: die Geschichte von Anya und Saul ist poetisch, anrührend, lustig, traurig und handelt ganz sicher nicht nur von Tieren. Sie kann auch von Menschen verstanden werden und zwar von 9 bis 99!"

"Anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the realm of fantasy, to dream of bright and benevolent powers, adventure, danger and grand emotions, needs only to ask Eva Wal to write a story for them. One can be sure that it will contain all of the desired ingredients and much more. The children’s reading festival “Capt’n Book” went even further and commissioned her to write an “Opera”. Although there are no international stars or big stage, there is the "Planet Machine" and an original music composition in “surround-sound” by Barry L. Roshto. The result is all that we had hoped for: the story of Anya and Saul is poetic, touching, humorous, sad and not just about animals. It is most certainly a story for human beings, from 9 to 99!"
